Where and how do you ship?
We ship worldwide via the United States Postal Service. All orders shipping within the US can be sent with your choice of Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation. Orders shipped internationally are sent via Priority Mail.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship 1-2 business days after the day they are placed. Transit time is generally 2-5 business days to locations within the U.S.
How much does it cost to ship outside of the U.S.?
Purchasers of items shipping to locations outside of the U.S will be charged $23 for orders of 1-5 items. Any order of 6 or more items ships for FREE. If you do not choose the correct shipping option, your order will not ship.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We offer 2 payment options:
-direct credit card payments allow you to complete your transaction without leaving our secure site.
-paying using your PayPal account takes you to PayPal.com (your Secret Kisses account must be created with the same email address that is linked to your PayPal account in order to use this option) to complete your transaction.
Is my payment secure? Can my credit card information be used by someone else to make more purchases without my consent?

I missed delivery of my package. What should I do?
If your package was sent with signature confirmation and no one is available to sign for it at the time of delivery, your package will be sent back to your local post office. THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER DELIVERY ATTEMPT unless you contact the post office and request it. Or you may go to the post office to pick it up.
What will happen if I do not retrieve my missed package from the post office in time?
If your package is not picked up from the post office within 15 days, it will be sent back to Secret Kisses. Once received, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges if this occurs.

Why haven’t I received any correspondence relating to my order?
There are 2 instances in which an email message is automatically generated and sent out to the buyer:
-Completion of a transaction generates a confirmation email containing order details.
-Shipment of an order generates a notification email containing your tracking information.

I made an error when placing my order. How can I fix it?
It is very important to review and check the accuracy of the information you enter into ALL fields before submitting your order and to check again after your payment is complete. If you notice any error(s), immediately send a message to
